Lucasfilm reveals Star Wars Celebration Japan ticket sale date and price
Star Wars Celebration Japan tickets will go on sale at the start of May Lucasfilm has revealed.
They release on May 2 at 7:00 pm EST, and audiences can buy them from the Star Wars website.
There are several different ticket options, with the most expensive costing $993.25.
This gets anyone who purchases them a VIP experience, with early entry into the Exhibit Hall and VIP lounge, guaranteed admission to all panels on the Celebration stage, an exclusive set of Star Wars chopsticks, and more.
The 3-day adult ticket gets audiences standard access to the event from Friday to Sunday, and will cost $168.85. The equivalent pass for kids costs $42.35.
Individual day tickets will cost $58.85 for adults and $20.35 for kids.
Tickets are non-refundable, and fans will be charged full price to replace any lost tickets.
Star Wars Celebration Japan will take place from Friday, April 18, 2025, and run until Sunday, April 20, 2025.
It will be the second time the event will take place in Japan. In 2008, Celebration visited Japan for the first time, letting fans in Asia have easier access.
Lucasfilm has plenty of films and shows it might promote at the event. Several films have been announced, and with three release dates confirmed, fans might be given a clearer idea of which film is releasing on which date.
Regarding Disney+, there are only two known shows in some form of production for 2025 and beyond, season two of Andor and season two of Ahsoka.
For books and comics, the High Republic publishing initiative will end in Spring 2025, leaving room for Lucasfilm’s next expansion in the area.
