Loki, Wanda Vision and The Mandalorian to get a physical release

‘The Mandalorian’, ‘Loki’ and ‘WandaVision’ will each get physical releases, Disney has confirmed.

The first season of ‘Loki’ will become available on September 26, ‘WandaVision’ on November 28, and the first two seasons of ‘The Mandalorian’ on December 12.

The releases will come with a Collector’s Edition 4K UHD and Blu-ray disc, encased in luxe Steelbook packaging with collectible concept art cards and new box art designed by artist Attila Szarka.

All of the editions will include brand-new and never-before-seen special features.

‘Loki’ is the only series whose features Disney has announced thus far.

It will include “Designing the TVA” with production designer Kasra Farahani and Tom Hiddleston, a look at Season 2, the Miss Minutes TVA orientation video, deleted scenes, a gag reel, and the ‘Assembled’ documentary.

These are the first Disney+ original shows to be released on physical media.

‘The Mandalorian’ was the first high-budget Disney+ show which launched back in November 2019.

It is set in the ‘Star Wars’ universe and follows the titular Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin.

Since then, two more seasons of the show have come out on the platform.

‘WandaVision’ was the first series to be set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to be released on the platform.

While the show hasn’t had a season two, it did spawn a spin-off series titled ‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’ which will focus on Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness.

‘Loki’ follows the titular Norse God of Mischief as he grapples with the Time Variance Authority, a body that maintains the proper flow of time.

A second season of the show will be released on October 6.

All four titles will be available to pre-order on physical release on August 28.
