Three Kirks and Two Spocks at one Star Trek themed convention – Actors meetup at STLV 57 Year Mission in Las Vegas

At the Star Trek Las Vegas: 57-Year Mission this year, timelines were crossed as actors who played the same character in the franchise had a chance to meet up.

On Sunday of the convention, the three actors that play members of the Kirk family all met each other.

Dan Jeanonotte, who plays George Samuel “Sam” Kirk, and Paul Wesley who plays James Kirk, in ‘Star Trek: Strange New Worlds’ met with William Shatner, the original Captain Kirk and Sam Kirk.

All three exchanged warm words of welcome and caused the crowd to go wild.

Paul Wesley has met William Shatner before, with the pair at one point being neighbors.

Elsewhere, two Spock actors met up with each other.

Zachary Quinto, who plays Spock, met Ethan Peck, who also plays Spock.

The pair shared a photo together which was then posted to Quinto’s Instagram.

The caption humorously reads “seeing double… 🖖🏼✨🖖🏼.”

Zachary Quinto first played Spock in the 2009 film ‘Star Trek’ and its sequels.

All of them are set in an alternate timeline called the Kelvin Timeline.

Ethan Peck first played Spock in the second season of ‘Star Trek: Discovery’, released in 2019.

He then went on to appear as Spock in ‘Star Trek: Strange New Worlds’.

Both ‘Discovery’ and ‘Strange New Worlds’ are set in the Prime Timeline.

In-universe, the Spock from the Prime Timeline does meet the Spock from the Kelvin Timeline.

Prime Spock was transported to the Kelvin Timeline following a trip through a black hole that sent him back in time, which allowed Leonard Nimoy to reprise his role in the 2009 movie.

Fans at the convention loved both sets of actors meeting up.
