‘Peacemaker’ Trailer Released, Reveals a Snippet of John Cena Fighting Himself
Peacemaker season 2 is set to take a multiverse-jumping turn, as revealed in the newly

a major plot point: John Cena’s Peacemaker will come face-to-face with an alternate version of
himself.
Following the events of the first season and the new DCU film Superman, the trailer sees
Christopher Smith struggling with the consequences of his actions. Feeling rejected and seeking
a better life, he stumbles upon a dimensional portal. This leads him to a parallel universe where
“the grass is greener,” and he is a celebrated hero, beloved by the public.
However, this newfound paradise is not without its own chaos. The trailer showcases a thrilling
action sequence where Peacemaker is forced to fight his alternate-universe self. The
confrontation promises to be a central theme of the season, exploring the nature of heroism,
redemption, and who Chris Smith truly is. The new season will also see the return of the
fan-favorite team, with new challenges to face, including a vengeful Rick Flag Sr. played by
Frank Grillo.
